This policy covers Zenki Postiz, a self-hosted publishing tool operated by Supun Lakmina ("I") for my own social media accounts only.
Only me. There is no public sign-up. The tool connects only to accounts I own or manage.
Only to publish and schedule the content I create to my own accounts, and to show their status. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except the platform I publish to, at my instruction.
On a server I control. Media files I upload for posting are stored in a Cloudflare R2 bucket so that the platforms can fetch them; each file has an unguessable address and is deleted automatically after about 30 days. Encrypted backups of the tool are kept by me.
I keep tokens only while an account is connected. Disconnecting an account in the tool, or revoking the app in the platform's settings, ends its access. See Data deletion.
